Actually we did have neon skins, and characters at that. To be fair with the funny voicelines and vibrant looking cast of dlc characters and weapon skins Killing floor one was pretty cartoony also. The graphics and tone just made it dark.That aside I really like the pary store vibe these cosmetics give off.
